Overview
On your day-trip from Amsterdam, you will see two of Holland's springtime highlights; the lovely Dutch Countryside and the wondrous Keukenhof flower fields. In the countryside you will stop in the lively villages of Zaanse Schans, Volendam and Marken.In Zaanse Schans you will visit a working windmill, while in Volendam you will see a cheese factory and a clog maker in Marken. Enjoy a relaxing boat ride between Volendam and Marken before continuing your excursion to the flower fields.Travel behind the dunes that run from Haarlem to Leiden lies the bulb area, a magical canvas of daffodils, hyacinths and tulips, alive with the most delightful smells and colors. Then, enter the flower exhibition Keukenhof, where more than 7 millions of bulbs are displayed over a wonderful park replete with stunning flor displays and sculptures.
