Programme

Overview

For four nights this October, lose yourself in a glowing realm of bespoke lamps and live classical song. A mezzo-soprano and pianist lead you on an hour-long journey through love, loss and light in an intimate, screen-free evening you won't forget. This October, for four enchanting evenings, immerse yourself in a concert unlike any other as the vaulted interior of a 400-year-old sanctuary is transformed into a glowing landscape of one-of-a-kind lamps. Part concert, part immersive art installation, the evening unfolds as a mezzo-soprano and pianist weave a one-hour narrative through the emotional terrain of love, loss and light. Scattered pools of warm, dynamic illumination accent each musical phrase, drawing you deeper into an atmosphere of intimacy and wonder. In a world dominated by screens and algorithms, this screen-free experience invites you to rediscover the raw power of live performance and the mesmerizing interplay of sound and light.
