Hear the colours of pipa, guzheng, guqin, liuqin, yangqin and sanxian in one instrumental evening.
The folk orchestra of China Coal Mine Art Troupe explores plucked and struck strings through solos and ensembles. A guzheng and sanxian ensemble, two-pipa White Snow in Spring and the liuqin–yangqin pairing in CAT - Song Without Words offer contrasting textures.
