Qin Xianglian takes her demand for justice against Chen Shimei to Bao Zheng.
Qin Xianglian brings her children to the capital to find Chen Shimei, who has married into the imperial family. Rejected and threatened with murder, she appeals to Bao Zheng. The imperial princess and empress dowager try to stop the punishment, but Bao Zheng has Chen Shimei executed.
