Among projects of young Croation Bass Goran Juric are 2016/17 Nachtwächter in Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg, Pope in Lady Macbeth of Mzensk, Timur in Turandot, Walter Furst in Guillaume Tell, the high priest in Nabucco and Samuel in a masquerade ball at Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich.

2017 are scheduled Sarastro in Die Zauberflöte in Toronto and Florence, the title role of Rossini’s Mosè in Egitto at Bregenz Festival and 2018 his debut in the part of Osmin in Die Entführung aus dem Serail in Toronto.

Recent highlights include Don Fernando in Fidelio and König Heinrich in Lohengrin conducted by Hartmut Haenchen in Madrid, Sarastro in Die Zauberflöte in Graz and Venice, Sparafucil in Rigoletto in Rome, Commendatore in Don Giovanni and Colline in La Bohème in Venice, as well as Gran Sacerdote in Nabucco in Rome conducted by Riccardo Muti.

Since the beginning of the 2011-12 season he belongs to the ensemble of Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich, where he sang, among others, Zuniga in Carmen, Colline, Angelotti in Tosca, Il Rè in Aida, Banco in Macbeth, Frate in Don Carlo, Capellio in I Capuleti e i Montecchi, Don Fernando in Fidelio, Commendatore in Don Giovanni, Biterolf in Tannhäuser, Timur in Turandot, Ferrando in Il Trovatore or Walter Fuerst in Guillaume Tell, Oroveso in Norma, Raimondo in Lucia di Lammermoor with conductors such as Marco Armiliato, Bertrand de Billy, Paolo Carignani, Zubin Mehta, Kent Nagano.

At the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb he performed Plutone and Caronte in Monteverdi’s L'Orfeo, Sarastro, Suleiman the Magnificent in Zajc's Nikola Šubić Zrinjski, at the Music Biennale of Zagreb the solo bass in Transcending Times by O. J. García, at the Epidaurus Festival in Cavtat, Croatia, Colas in Bastien und Bastienne, at the Dubrovnik Summer Festival the solo bass in Händel’s Acis und Galathea and at the Zagreb Lisinski Concert Hall Chat in Stravinsky’s Renard.

As a concert singer he was heard in Stravinsky’s Les noces conducted by David Zinman in Zurich, as Frère Dominique in Arthur Honegger’s Jeanne d'Arc au Bûcher, as Ivan in B. Šipuš’ Osorski plač, with Schubert's mass in E flat major, Händel's Dettinger Te Deum and Messiah, Charpentier's Te Deum, Mozart's Requiem, Haydn's Nelson Messe, Buxtehude’s Membra Iesu Nostri, Schütz's Musikalische Exequien, as Fedor Basmanov in a concert performance of Prokofjev’s Ivan the Terrible and in operatic concerts in Hamburg and Frankfurt.

2016 he sang Bauer in Schönberg’s Gurre-Lieder at Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich conducted by Zubin Mehta.

Goran Jurić won first prize at the National Competition of students of music and dance in Dubrovnik in 2005, second prize and the special awards of the opera houses in Bratislava and Prague at the International vocal competition Mikuláš Schneider-Trnavský in Trnava in Slovakia and first prize at the International vocal competition Iris Adami Corradetti in Padua in Italy, both in 2010.

In summer 2011 he participated in the Young Singers Project of Salzburg Festival.

He studied singing at the Music Academy of University of Zagreb in the class of Vlatka Oršanić, and general phonetics and Italian language and literature at the Faculty of Philosophy of University of Zagreb. He took part in several master classes.
