Isla Gamez
Gamez is an uninhabited and remote island, so we suggest you bring bottled water and drinks of your choice, as well as food or snacks. A good sunscreen is essential to avoid sunburns to the skin, due to the high temperature in the country.
Gamez island is within the Marine National Park in the Gulf of Chiriqui, which the Panamanian government protect to preserve its valuable natural resources. This is a beautiful island surrounded by trees and coconut palms. It has two white sand beaches, which are interconnected by themselves with a sand bank. Its crystal clear waters call your attention, as inviting you to immerse yourself in them. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy with family and friends.
